A reason for every answer
You see why the right answer is right and why each wrong one is wrong, in plain English, not legal language.
Protecting the environment
You are planning a spray job. Which of these should you recognise as a sensitive area for wildlife and protect from direct spray and drift?
Not this one: A concrete hardstanding
Correct: A hedge along the field edge. Hedges, ditches, ponds, wetlands and water margins, rough grazing and scrub woodland are habitats you should recognise, assess and protect, possibly with untreated buffer zones. A hardstanding, track or gateway is not on that list.
